1) DVD’s are produced as DVD – R, this will work in the vast majority of set-top DVD Players – if you are unsure please check your DVD player manual.
2) Please make sure the video material you are sending is not protected by copyright. By proceeding and sending material you confirm that you own copyright and give permission for copying and/or duplication.
3) We will take the utmost care with your precious video, however liability for damage or delay will be limited to the cost of media (video cassette) and any funds already paid.
4) Typically orders are sent out within a day or so of receiving your order, however at busy times it may take longer (upto 10 days). If you need your order quickly please call first.
