Now taking bookings in Herts, Beds, Bucks and North London Area for 2006/7.

We are pleased to offer a range of filming packages to offer all types of events and budgets. We have experience of sports, music, wedding/civil partnership and plays. Our package prices start as just £250 for 5 hour events (2 DVD's) or from £5.00 per DVD (200 Copies) for bulk DVD orders, ideal for filming of school plays, nativity plays etc.. where you will be selling the DVDs on.

We include many options as standard that others charge more for. See below for whats included as standard.

With prices starting at just £250 you'll find it hard to beat our levels of service and prices.

High quality cameras (High Definition) are used for all events producing broadcast quality pictures.

At least two cameras are used for each event. One fix, the other being either tripod or hand held. A secondary camera operator can be used if required (see Pricing and Offers below). This allows for a more interesting footage and allows for reactions from audience or interesting angles to be captured.

Menu Driven DVD

All DVD's come with a menu as standard allowing you to quickly navigate to just the point your after. Menu features can include "Play All, Chapter Selection, Highlights Video, Slide Show, and Extras.

The Chapter Selection page generally details the different sections of the event and can be discussed at the time of booking

The Extras menu usually includes other special bits caught on the day.

DVD in library Case

DVDs are supplied in a hard library case with printing on the cover and disc with images taken from your wedding. If copies are required in VHS format these are also supplied in hard library cases, with colour printing to the case only. Padded and presentation cases can be purchased at an additional cost.

Editing

All options include a high standard of editing. The amount and style will depend on the event, and will also be reflected in the pricing in the packages below.

The Process

1) Choose the amount of time you require us to attend on the day (See Prices and Offers below)

2) Simply E-mail or Telephone (01727 840415) to check your date is available and to clarify any further questions.

3) We will then send you a quotation and booking form. To hold your booking you simply need to send a deposit of £50.

4) Around 6-4 weeks before the event we will send out an event questionarre form. This is to help us capture everything on the day, give details of music, locations, style of editing, details of photographer, use of additional lighting etc..

5) If the location hasn't been visited before we will visit and/or telephone the event location to check for filming restrictions, capture some establishing shots etc..

6) On the day we will aim to be on site around 30 minutes before the booked time to enable setting up of tripods, static cameras etc..

7) Once the filming is complete, the initial editing will take around 2-3 weeks, depending on the time of year and work load. Then a timecoded proof will be sent for approval and to allow any minor changes to be made.

8) Once this is complete copies will be posted out within a few days. Master copies of the tapes and edited DVD will be kept unless specifically ask to be destroyed.
